The Company endeavors to protect personal information in accordance with the following policy.
The Company acquireｓ personal information by lawful and fair means.
The Company uses personal information within the scope of the purpose of use that is notified at the time of acquisition or publicly announced in advance as long as such use is necessary to carry out the operation.
If the Company entrusts the handling of personal information to a third party, the Company strictly researches the third party in question and properly supervises the third party to have it keep the secrecy.
Except for cases specified by laws and regulations, the Company does not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining consent of the person in advance.
The Company maintains the accuracy of and safely manages personal information.
For the purpose of preventing the loss, damage, alteration, leak, etc. of personal information, the Company takes appropriate information security measures for unauthorized access, computer virus, etc.
The Company does not allow personal information to be leaked by means of use in or transmission to the outside of the offices of the Company.
The Company acknowledges that the person has the right to request the disclosure, correction, discontinuation of use, erasure, etc. of its own personal information and, if the person requests the Company to engage in the above-mentioned acts, deals with such requests of the person promptly.
The Company appoints the personal information protection manager and manages personal information properly.
The Company implements the training on the protection of and proper management methods for personal information to its officers and employees and strictly handles personal information in its daily operation in appropriate manner.
The Company reviews and improves as necessary the organization and system for the protection of personal information from time to time.

3.1 Provision to a third party
The Company does not, except in the following cases, provide Personal Data to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the person.
3.2 Joint Use
The Company uses Personal Data in the following manner.
For smooth operation of services, the Company may entrust a part of services and provide Personal Data to trustees within necessary scope. In this case, the Company surveys the third parties in question strictly and supervises them properly to ensure the confidentiality.
7.1 Procedures for Receiving Requests
Requesting individuals are kindly requested to send "7.3 Documents to be submitted" to "7.2 Contact Section for receiving requests" by postal mail. Also, please write "Containing written request for disclosure, etc." on an envelope by red ink.
The Company sends a reply to the address stated in a document to identify the requesting person: provided, that if the Company is unable to accept the request for disclosure, etc. in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations concerning the protection of Personal Information, the Company replies to the effect that the request for disclosure, etc. cannot be accepted.

If an individual requesting disclosure, etc. is a statutory agent of the person, minor or adult ward or is an agent to whom the person delegates to request disclosure, etc., please enclose the following documents in addition to the above-mentioned documents, respectively.
The Company handles Personal Information, which is obtained as the result that the Company receives requests for disclosure, etc., to the extent necessary to respond to the requests for disclosure, etc.
